Our apartments are modern, spacious and comfortable.
For your short or medium term stays, we offer new, modern, spacious and comfortable apartments. They are located in a 19th century industrial building that has been fully modernized and enhanced by three floors in 2017.
Our many services will facilitate your stay: unlimited WiFi access, television with 120 channels, cleaning, change of your bedding, fully equipped kitchen, etc …
We welcome you in the residential area of Dommeldange-Beggen in Luxembourg City, well served by public transport. A bus stop is less than 10 meters away with a direct line to the city center or the Kirchberg district. The Dommeldange Train Station is within 500 meters.
For long stays, reduced and super reduced prices are available.

The apartments are from 52 to 82 m2 and have one or two bedrooms.
The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed (160×200), a wardrobe and a small table with chair.
An integrated kitchen, open to the living room, fully equipped for at least four people and ready for use. You will find a Nespresso type machine, a refrigerator, a small freezer, four hotplates, an oven and a dishwasher.
The living room has a convertible sofa. It is possible, on request, to accommodate two additional persons per apartment.
The bathroom has a bath or walk-in shower, a washer-dryer, a hairdryer, iron and ironing board.
Opening hours
Our residents have free access to their apartment 24 hours a day with a personal badge recoverable by code on site.
We will be happy to welcome you every day 24h / 24h.
The building and the apartments are non-smoking.
